Description
We are an independant and welcoming private studio located in the heart of Whitley Bay. We opened in October 2016 with the vision of offering quality, personal, welcoming and ego-free small group training session’s and I think we have achieved just that! Our sessions are designed to engage, educate, challenge clients leaving them with a sense of achievment when they end each session: It’s not just how good you look, it’s about how good you feel!
